Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
We provide customers with an extremely convenient online shopping experience. We offer free local shipping at Turbo Jewellery eShop. Upon purchasing any Product(s) of a total amount Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1000) and above at eShop, you can enjoy free local shipping with our designated courier. You can also pick up your order at the Turbo Jewellery store. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss that occurred during shipping but there will be transportation insurance coverage. (*Free Delivery not applicable for large-size/fragile items)

 

Order Delivery Time

We will process the order within 2 working days, and your Product(s) will be packed and shipped through our warehouse.

 

Packing

Customers will receive the Product(s) within seven (7) working days. Every item from eShop is carefully packed in a specially designed gift box, a gift package that anyone would love to receive. We will carefully wrap each piece of the jewellery to ensure your jewellery arrives safely. In order to make it more unique to you and your loved ones, we also offer the option of including a special gift card with your own personal message.

  2. Exquisite gift packaging
  3. Invoice for After-Sales Services
  4. Gift Card (If Applicable)
  5. Certificates (If Applicable)
  6. Bubble wrapped with added protection during delivery.

 

Shipping Service
 No matter what exemption the shipping company may have with you, all parcels must be signed. The person listed on the invoice must sign to receive the package. All deliveries take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

Currently, parcels are only delivered using PW courier services (unless there are special circumstances) and insurance is covered by a third party. Once processed, all addresses cannot be changed.

Cash on Delivering

When purchasing products in the online store, you can choose cash on delivery as the payment method. Cash on delivery greatly increases your trust and experience in shopping with us, and it also adds value to our shopping services. When the products are delivered to you, you can choose to check whether the product is satisfactory, and then pay by cash or bank transfer (Instant Transfer or Duitnow). In order to prevent malicious use of the cash on delivery service, if you feel unsatisfied after checking the product and choose to return it, you need to pay ten percent (10%) of the product value or a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50) as the shipping and handling fee. This fee will be waived when the product is exchanged.

 

Order Tracking
 
After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email stating the expected delivery date. You are able to track the status of your order when you purchase products at eShop. After the order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with the order tracking number and the tracking link of the selected shipping company. Just click the link, enter your tracking number, and then track the status of your order. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into "My Account", followed by "My Order" to the respective carrier's website, where you can track the delivery status.

Customers can also track the goods on https://myparcelking.com/en/tracking by using the tracking ID provided by the postage carrier.

 

Parcel Unpacking Video Recording

To ensure your rights and safety when purchasing gold, we have implemented a special parcel unpacking video recording and claims procedure, outlined as follows:

  1. Parcel Unpacking Video Recording: You are required to video record the entire process of unpacking your parcel. This video recording will serve as evidence of the transaction process to ensure the integrity of the goods during transportation.
  2. Claims Assurance: If you discover any issues upon receiving your parcel, you can file a claim with the shipping company using the video recording as evidence. While we take great care in packaging to ensure the safety of the goods, we will assist you in contacting a third-party shipping insurance company for compensation in case of damage or loss during transit.
  3. Legal Action: If further claims are necessary, filing a police report will be crucial.

免费送货

我们为客户提供极为方便的在线购物体验。多寶金鑽行网店将提供免费的本地送货服务。您只需在网店购买总值一千零吉(RM1,000)或以上的任何产品,就可以使用我们指定的快递公司免费送货。您也可以在多寶金鑽行实体店提货。此外,对于运输过程中发生的任何损坏或损失,我们一概不负责,但会有运输保险承保范围承担。(*免费送货不适用于大型/易碎物品)

包装

客户将在七(7)个工作日内收到产品。 多寶金鑽行网店中的每件商品均仔细的包装在特别设计的珠宝盒中,是任何人都想收到的精美礼品包装。我们会用心包装每件珠宝,以确保您的首饰安全地到达。为了使它对您和您爱的人更具独特性,我们也提供了礼品卡选项以记录您想表达的寄语。

运送服务

无论运输公司赋予您任何豁免权力,所有包裹送抵都必须签收。发票上列出的人必须签名才能收到包裹。 所有运输服务都在周一至周五的工作日进行。

包裹是使用PW快递服务运货(除非有特殊情况),另外保险由第三方承保。一旦订单处理完毕,所有地址将无法再进行任何更改。

货到付款

网店购买产品时,您可以选择货到付款。货到付款是让您可以更大幅度地增加在我们这里购物的信任和体验,也为我们的购物服务增值。当货物送到您面前,您可以先选择检查产品是否满意,然后再支付现金或银行汇款(Instant Transfer 或 Duitnow)。为了防止恶意使用货到付款服务,检查产品后觉得不满意而选择退货需要支付产品十巴仙(10%)费用或最低五十零吉(RM50)作为运输及处理费用,此费用将会在更换产品时被免除。

 

订单跟踪

提交订单后,您将收到一封订单确认电子邮件,其中注明了预计交货日期。在网店购买产品时,您可以跟踪订单状况。订单包装好并发货后,您将收到带有订单跟踪号和所选运输公司跟踪链接的发货通知电子邮件。只需单击链接,输入您的跟踪号,然后跟踪您的订单状况。您还可以通过登录“我的帐户” 在线检查您的订单状况,然后将 “我的订单” 重定向到各自的承运商网站,您便可以追踪交货状况。

客户还可以通过使用承运商提供的跟踪ID https://myparcelking.com/en/tracking 上跟踪货物。



包裹拆解录影

为了确保您在购买黄金过程中的权益和安全,我们特别制定了包裹拆解录影及索赔程序,具体如下:

  1. 包裹拆解录影: 您必须在拆开包裹的整个过程中进行录影,录像记录将作为交易过程的证据,以确保商品在运输途中的完好性。
  2. 索赔保障: 如果在收到包裹后发现任何问题,您可以通过录影记录向运输公司进行索赔。尽管我们提供精心的包装以确保商品安全,但如包裹在运输过程中发生损坏或遗失,我们将协助您联系第三方运输保险公司进行赔偿申请。
  3. 法律行动: 如果需要进一步的索赔,警方报案纸将会是重要的一环。
