We provide a thirty (30) day free maintenance service for all jewellery purchased in our shop, online store, or website.

Regular Inspection

Free Cleaning

1. Regardless of where you buy the ring from, you can enjoy the free ring rounding service we provided.
2. Regardless of where you buy the earrings, you can enjoy the free earrings hook adjustment service we provided.
3. Regardless of where you buy the jewellery, you can enjoy the free reshape service we provide.
4. All the jewellery that needs to be handed over to a professional master for remodeling, fees will be charged according to the standard fee.

Gold, Gemstone, Diamonds Appraisal

1. Regardless of where you buy gold, jewellery, or diamonds, you can enjoy the free valuation service we provided.
2. Regardless of where you buy the jewellery, you can enjoy the free gold appraisal service we provided. This service is a basic identification of the authenticity of the jewellery, but it cannot ensure the identification of high-tech fake gold jewellery.
3. If the authenticity of gold needs to be authenticated by potion or fire, the authentication fee will be charged according to the standard fee. This service cannot ensure the identification of high-tech fake gold jewellery.
4. We appraise jewels based on the heat and refractive index of the jewels, and the appraisal fee will be charged at a standard fee.
5. We use instruments (diamond pen, refractometer) to distinguish natural diamonds, synthetic diamonds, and moissanite. This service will be charged as appraisal fees based on standard charges.
6. If you need a professional jewellery appraisal, we can help you send it to AGL to apply for a professional jewellery certificate, or you can purchase AGL appraisal services from us and enjoy a member preferential price.

Welding, Spare Parts Replacement and Repair Service 

1. We can repair damaged jewellery to the maximum extent of our ability.
2. We can weld broken jewellery. We will use the most suitable welding method (fusion welding, electric welding, laser welding) to repair to the best for you, and different welding methods will charge welding fees according to their standards.
3. If the prongs of the ring or pendant with diamonds and jade are damaged, we can fix the prongs to stabilize your bead, diamonds and jade, and we will charge a standard fee for fixing the prongs.
4. We have wholesalers of beads, diamonds, gems, and crystals. You can choose to find suitable pairings for your lost beads or crystals. The price will be calculated based on the carats of beads, diamonds, gems, or crystals.

Restoration: Grinding, Polishing, Electroplating

1. If your jewellery becomes dim or has scratches on the surface, we can restore it to remove the scratches (deep scratches are not recommended because the loss is too large), stains, and oxide layers to restore its dazzling original appearance.
   
2. The jewelry surface is dull and due to long-term friction and small wear marks or frequent contact with a strong alkali, acid, and other compounds. At this time, professional grinding and polishing are required to polish the compound on the surface of the jewelry or to remove the wear marks. There will be a little loss in this process, which is a normal phenomenon.

3. In order to restore the dazzling original appearance, the jewellery must be electroplated. Gold jewellery will be electroplated with pure gold water; platinum jewellery will be electroplated with rhodium water; rose gold jewellery will be electroplated with rose gold water.
4. If you want to convert your jewelry from gold to white or rose, or two-color (yellow-white, yellow-red, white-red) or even three-color (yellow-white-red), we can electroplate it for you. The price will be calculated according to the complexity of the style.

Jewellery Resizing

1. Ring resizing is our most common service. Necklace, bracelets, and anklet lengthening or shortening are also the most common services. In addition to the adjustment, the fee is charged according to its standard charge. The thickening of weight adjustment charge will be added to the price of the relative gold content. 

2. If we are not sure whether some diamond rings can be adjusted, we will let the jewel master review them. Only if the master has the confidence to work on it, the adjustment cost will be determined.

Laser Engraving

1. We can laser engrave your name, phrase, date, symbol, or any design pattern on your jewellery to personalize your jewellery. This laser engraving service fee is charged according to different combinations.

2. Laser engraving photos is the most difficult technique to control. We have resolved and applied it to gold and silverware.

Jadeite and Jade Repairing 

1. If you want to make a hole in your jade, our jade master can drill holes for your jade as requested. This service will charge drilling fees based on its standard charges.
2. If your jade loses its luster, our jade master can polish your jade, which means the buffing process. Buffing is to remove the rough surface first and then apply oil and wax to make it shiny. This service will be charged according to its standard fee.
3. If you have rough semi-precious stones and want to grind them into round, egg-shaped, square, rectangular, or other shapes as inlaid rings or pendants, we will charge for the primary grinding according to its standard charges.
4. If you have broken jade bracelets or other semi-precious stones and want to grind them into other shapes as pendants, we can grind them into gourd-like, eggplant-like, drop-like shapes or the shapes you want. We will charge as an intermediate grinding according to its standard charges.
5. Due to the characteristics of the gemstone itself, if the gemstone cracks, breaks, or collapses during the above-mentioned service, we and the master will not be responsible, and we will not charge any fee.

1. If you want to design unique jewellery, we can realize your idea. We can use simple 2D images to show you the results of the finished product or make a 3D image display, and even print out the model for you to see the details of the finished product. We will charge customs fees according to different production schemes.

2. For jewellery purchased from other places. If you want to trade it for cash, we cannot guarantee a 25% discount on the retail price, but we can give the best price to recycle your old jewellery.

2、无论您从哪里购买的首饰，您都可以享受我们提供的免费黄金鉴定服务，此项服务属基本鉴定首饰的真伪，但不能确保鉴定出高端技术的伪黄金首饰。

3、凡是需要经过药水或火烧鉴定黄金真伪，则将根据标准收费收取鉴定费用，此项服务也不能确保鉴定出高端技术的伪黄金首饰。
4、我们根据珠宝受热度以及折射率鉴定珠宝，以标准收费收取鉴定费用。

五、焊接、更换配件维修服务

 1、我们能将损坏的首饰修复到能力范围最大的程度。

 2、我们能把断裂的首饰焊接。我们会用最合适的焊接方式（熔焊、电焊、激光焊）替您修复到最好，不同焊接方式将根据其标准收费收取焊接费用。

 3、戒指或吊坠镶有珠钻玉宝的爪子如有损坏，我们能重新种爪以稳固您的珠钻玉宝，以标准收费收取种爪费用。

 4、我们有珠钻玉宝批发商和水晶批发商以便您能寻找到适合配对遗失的珠钻玉宝或水晶，价格将根据珠钻玉宝或水晶的克拉计算。

六、翻新：打磨、抛光、电镀

1、如果您的首饰变得暗淡或表面有划痕，我们能翻新去除划痕（太深的划痕不建议去除，因为损耗太大）、污点和氧化层将其恢复光彩夺目的原貌。

2、首饰长时间摩擦而出现细小的磨损痕迹或因经常接触强碱、强酸等化合物而导致首饰表面黯淡无光。这时候就需要专业的打磨抛光，将首饰表面的化合物打磨抛光或将磨损痕迹去除，在此过程中会有一点的损耗，属正常现象。

3、为了恢复光彩夺目的原貌，首饰还必须进行表面电镀处理。黄金首饰会使用足金水电镀；白金首饰则会使用铑水电镀；玫瑰金首饰将会使用玫瑰金水电镀。

4、如果您想让首饰由黄金转换成白色或玫瑰色、或者双色（黄白、黄红、白红）甚至是三色（黄白红），我们都能替您电镀，价格将根据款式复杂程度计算。

七、调整首饰尺寸
1、戒指调整大小是我们最常承接的服务。颈链、手链、脚链增长或剪短也是属最常见的服务。增大或增长的调整除了根据其标准收费收取调整费用外，还必须加上相对含金量增加重量的价格。

2、基于某些围钻戒指不能确定是否能够进行调整，我们会让师傅过目。师傅若有信心调整才能确定其调整费用。

八、激光雕刻
1、我们能替您在首饰上用激光刻上自己的名字、词组、日期、符号或任何设计的图案，以个性化您的首饰。此服务将根据不同组合收取激光雕刻费用。

2、激光雕刻照片是最难掌控的技术，我们已经解决并运用在黄金或银器上。

九、玉石器维修
1、如果您想让您的玉石器打个洞，我们的玉石器师傅能尽量替您的玉石器钻洞。此服务将根据其标准收费收取钻洞费用。

2、如果您的玉石器失去亮泽，我们的玉石器师傅能将您的玉石器抛光也就是出水。出水就是先去除粗糙表面，然后上油涂蜡，使其有光泽。此服务将根据其标准收费收取出水费用。

3、如果您有半宝石原石，想磨成圆形、蛋形、方形、长方形或其他形状作为镶在戒指或吊坠，我们将根据其标准收费收取初级磨石费用。

4、如果您有断裂的玉手镯或其他半宝石想磨成其他形状作为吊坠，我们能磨成葫芦状、茄子状、水滴状或您想要的形状。我们将根据其标准收费收取中级磨石费用。

5、由于宝石本身的特性，要是宝石在上述服务过程中出现裂痕、断裂或崩坏，我们和师傅一概不负责，当然也不会收取任何费用。

十、定制与转换设计
1、只要你想要设计独特的首饰，我们都能将您的想法实现。我们能简单的用2D图像展示给您看成品结果，也可以制作 3D 图像展示，甚至能打印出模型让您看成品细节。我们将根据不同制作方案收取定制费用。

2、我们除了照顾首饰最后的成品，也会为您考虑最值得制作的方案。我们拥有庞大的珠宝工匠网络并且是值得信赖的主要工匠，再结合最适合的珠宝制作技术，实现您独特的首饰。

2、在其他地方购买的首饰，若以旧首饰折价兑换现金，我们不能保证以门市价格打七五折（折扣25%），但是我们能给最优惠的价格来回收您的旧首饰。

3、无论您是否在我们的商店、网店或网站购买的首饰，若以旧首饰折价兑换新首饰，我们一律以门市价格打八折（折扣20%）。
