Terminology Definitions

“Return Policy” refers to the return and exchange policy.

“Original Purchase Condition” means that the Product(s) is:

1. The packaging was kept with all the original receipts, certificates, and free gifts (if any) intact;

2. Not worn, used or altered and is in the same condition when it was sold; and

3. There is no damage unless during shipping which order from eShop or Website(s).

“Excluded Items” means:

1. All the Product(s) received and checked at the Store;

2. Gold bullion, gold coin, gold nugget;
3. Engraved, altered, pre-ordered or customized Product(s); and
4. Product(s) stated as “non-returnable” or “non-exchangeable” on the receipt.

“Privacy Policy” refers to Personal Data and Privacy Policy.

“Terms” refers to terms and conditions.

4. 收据上标明“不设退货、不设换货”的产品。
