1. Gold Cost: This refers to the cost of the gold material used to create the jewellery. Different purities of gold material (such as 916 gold, 750 gold, 750 white gold, 750 rose gold) have different prices, and the cost of gold is also influenced by fluctuations in the gold market. The choice of gold not only affects the appearance of the jewellery but also influences the cost and final selling price. 
2. Master Craftsman Fee: This refers to the fee charged by the goldsmith or jewellery designer for handcrafting the bespoke jewellery. Skilled goldsmiths possess rich experience and craftsmanship, transforming customers' design ideas into physical pieces, ensuring that each custom-made jewellery is unique and exquisitely beautiful. 
3. Handcrafting Loss Fee: During the process of handcrafting jewellery, there may be some material loss due to wastage and fine adjustments in the processing. Particularly with precious materials like white gold, the loss can be relatively high, making the handcrafting loss fee especially important in white gold bespoke jewellery. 
4. Precious Gemstone Cost: If the Customised jewellery requires the setting of precious gemstones such as diamonds or jade, their cost is also part of the Customisation expense. The quality, size, and quantity of gemstones will all affect the final price and finished result. 

Since each piece of bespoke jewellery is uniquely made according to the customer's requirements, these costs collectively form the final Customisation price. Diamond Ring Customisation Process 

The diamond ring Customisation process is a meticulously designed and crafted journey. We provide you with the following steps to ensure the creation of a perfectly tailored ring that suits your personal preferences: 

Firstly, you can choose a loose diamond based on your preferences from our website. A loose diamond is a diamond that has not been set on the ring band. You can select the diamond that suits you best according to the 4C standards (Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat weight), including natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, or moissanite, among others. 

Next, you can choose the ring setting. If you don't find a style you like or have your own ideas, you can share them with us, and our designers will assist you in creating a custom ring setting design. 

Once you have finalized your choice of loose diamond and ring setting, you will need to pay the deposit for the custom ring. Upon receiving the deposit, we will provide you with a finished sample, showcasing the design and appearance of the ring, allowing you to confirm the final style of the piece. 

Once you confirm and are satisfied with the finished sample, we will commence crafting the final custom ring. Our craftsmen will meticulously create the perfect ring you envisioned, following the design and requirements from the sample. During the crafting process, we will ensure that every detail meets your expectations, guaranteeing the quality and beauty of the final piece. 

After the custom ring is completed, we will get in touch with you to have you personally visit our store to confirm if the ring meets your expectations. If you are satisfied with the final product and confirm its accuracy, you can pay the final payment. Once the final payment is made, the custom ring officially becomes yours, becoming a cherished piece of jewellery that belongs to you personally.

Jewellery Customisation Process 

The jewellery customisation process ensures that we create satisfying and one-of-a-kind pieces for each customer. We provide you with the following steps: 

Firstly, please share your ideas and requirements for the custom jewellery with us. If you already have a main or side stone, feel free to take photos or bring the gemstones, so we can understand your choices. Based on the information and preferences you provide, we will create initial free sketches to present the preliminary design concept. 

If your customisation requirements are complex, additional design work may be needed. In such cases, we will charge a certain design fee to cover the designer's efforts and expertise. However, please rest assured that this design fee will be waived upon completion of the final product. 

During the initial design phase, we will communicate with you to confirm if you are satisfied with and approve the provided styles and designs. Once the style is confirmed and a consensus is reached, you can pay a deposit to formally initiate the customisation process. 

Based on your choices and the confirmed style, our craftsmen will begin crafting the final custom jewellery. We adhere to exquisite craftsmanship to meticulously create unique jewellery that meets your expectations. Throughout the crafting process, we pay attention to every detail to ensure the quality and beauty of the final piece. 

After the custom jewellery is completed, we will contact you and invite you to the store to personally confirm if the finished product meets your expectations. If you are satisfied with the final product and confirm its accuracy, you can make the final payment. Once the final payment is made, the custom jewellery officially belongs to you, becoming a one-of-a-kind precious item. 

Please note that due to the unique design based on your personal requirements, custom jewellery does not enjoy a fourteen-day return policy. However, throughout the process, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we will promptly assist you. Additionally, once the order is confirmed and the deposit is paid, if you wish to cancel the customisation for any reason, we will deduct the relevant expenses incurred from the deposit. Once custom jewellery enters the processing stage or is completed, if any temporary modifications are needed, relevant fees and loss expenses will apply.

Once we have finished making your custom jewellery, you must come to collect it and make the payment within three months. If this time frame is exceeded, we reserve the right to withdraw the product for sale. Any payments you've already made will be recalculated based on the current market value of the jewellery. These payments cannot be converted into cash. If you wish to obtain cash for the value, you must purchase the product and then resell it. Should the time limit be exceeded, we have the right to impose an annual storage fee of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100) per item, along with an annual insurance fee of two percentage (2%) of its value. If the time limit is surpassed, and there's a change in the gold price, we'll employ the upper and lower fifteen calculation method to ensure fairness in all transactions.

Upper and lower fifteen calculation method:

If the current gold price is RM300 per gram, and the market price at the time of purchase is between RM285 and RM315 per gram (i.e., the gold price is RM300 per gram, plus or minus RM15), we will calculate the jewellery price based on RM300 per gram.

If the gold price is below RM285, we will refund you the difference between the latest gold price and RM285.

If the gold price is above RM315, we will charge you the difference between the latest gold price and RM315.

如果您的定制需求比较复杂，可能需要额外的设计工作。在此情况下，我们会向您收取一定的设计费用，用于支付设计师的精力和努力。然而，请放心，这部分设计费用将在成品完成后免除。

在初步设计阶段，我们将与您沟通，确认您是否满意和认可所提供的款式和设计。一旦款式确定并达成共识，您可以支付定金，以正式启动定制的制作过程。

请注意，由于定制的首饰是根据您的个人要求独特设计，不享有十四天退换货政策。但是，在整个流程中，如果您有任何问题或疑虑，请随时与我们的客服团队联系，我们将尽快为您解决。同时，一旦订单确认并付定金后，如因任何原因想取消定制，我们将从定金中扣除已产生的相关费用。定制首饰一旦进入加工环节或完成制作，如有需要临时改款，则需要支付相应的工费和损耗费用。

当我们制作完成定制珠宝，您必须在三个月内前来取货与支付。如果超过限定时间，我们有权将产品取出售卖，而已经支付的款项将根据最新时价计算首饰价格。款额将不能套现，如果真的要套现必须购买产品再将其售卖以套取现金。超过限定时间，我们有权征收每年每件物品一百零吉(RM100)作为保管费以及每年以其价值的两巴仙（2%）作为保险费用。如果超过限定时间而金价有所变动，我们采取上下十五计算法来保障大家交易的公平性。

上下十五计算法：

如果说现在金价为每克RM300，在取货时的时价介于每克RM300 上下 RM15 （就是金价为 RM285 到 RM315 ），我们将根据每克 RM300计算首饰。

要是金价处于 RM285 或以下，我们就会根据最新金价与RM285的差价退还给您。

要是金价处于 RM315或以上，我们就会根据最新金价与RM315的差价向您收取补价。
