The physical gold bar we sell is adjusted according to the international gold price. If the price changes, it will be printed out and will be uploaded to eShop and Facebook as soon as possible to protect the interests of customers.
All the difference between the buying and selling price will be clearly stated, except for five hundred grams (500gm) or more, the difference can be guaranteed to be between 3.5%-4.5%.
For customers who purchase with cash of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Five Thousand (RM25,000), we will ask you to fill in a Customer Due Diligence (Know Your Customer) to collect more information about the customers to prevent money laundering activities.
When you want to cash out, we will purchase it based on the latest purchase price that day, and we can pay you in cash or directly transfer it to your bank account (DuitNow).
When you want to change it with another jewellery, we will repurchase it according to the latest selling price of the day. This is to maintain your purchasing power.
Example:
You bought fifty grams (50gm) of pure gold on 24 July 2020 and paid Ringgit Malaysia Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred (RM13,800).
If you withdraw cash at 06 Aug 20, we will pay you Ringgit Malaysia Thirteen Thousand and Twenty Four (RM13,024).
But if you want to exchange it for jewellery in our shop on 06 Aug 20, we will repurchase your fifty grams (50gm) gold bullion at a price of Ringgit Malaysia Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred (RM14,800). This offer applies to your purchase over this amount.
If the amount of jewellery you buy is less than this amount, let’s say, it is Ringgit Malaysia Eleven Thousand (RM11,000), and the remaining balance of Ringgit Malaysia Three Thousand Eight Hundred (RM3,800) will be deducted according to the corresponding price difference. The fifty grams (50gm) gold bullion difference is 12%, you will get Ringgit Malaysia Three Thousand Three Hundred Forty Four (RM3,800 – 12% = RM3,344) for the remaining as cash withdrawal.
If you withdraw cash at 03 Mar 21, we will pay you Ringgit Malaysia Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred and Four (RM11,704).
But if you want to exchange it for jewellery in our shop on 06 Aug 20, we will repurchase your fifty grams (50gm) gold bullion at a price of Ringgit Malaysia Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred (RM13,300). This offer applies to your purchase over this amount.

但是您在2020年8月20日想在我们店里更换首饰，我们会以一万四千八百零吉（RM14,800）的价格回购您的五十克（50gm）金块，此优惠适用于您购买超过此数额。
要是您所购买首饰少过此数额，打个比方说是一万一千零吉（RM11,000），剩下的尾数三千八百零吉（RM3,800）我们会根据对应的差价进行折扣，五十克（50gm）金块差价是十二巴仙（12%），那么剩下的套取现金您将获得三千三百四十四零吉（ RM3,800 – 12% = RM3,344）。
如果您在2021年3月21日套取现金我们会支付您一万一千七百零四零吉（RM11,704）。
但是您在2021年3月21日想在我们店里更换首饰，我们会以一万三千三百零吉（RM13,300）的价格回购您的五十克（50gm）金块，此优惠适用于您购买超过此数额。
要是您所购买首饰少过此数额，打个比方说是十一千零吉（RM11,000），剩下的尾数两千三百零吉（RM2,300）我们会根据对应的差价进行折扣，五十克（50gm）金块差价是十二巴仙（12%）,那么剩下的套取现金您将获得两千零二十四零吉 （RM2,300 – 12% = RM2,024）。
